Invitation: CityUHK College of Science Summer Exchange Programme 2026

Summer Exchange Programme 2026 (15 June – 7 August 2026)

We are pleased to inform students of the Faculty of Chemistry about the opportunity to participate in the Summer Exchange Programme 2026 at City University of Hong Kong. This eight-week programme provides hands-on research experience in a scientific field related to students’ studies, as well as cultural and industrial visits in Hong Kong.

A programme leaflet and a list of available research projects are provided below. Students are strongly advised to review the project list carefully before applying.

Eligibility and Nomination

Only students nominated by Prof. Sanja Grgurić Šipka, PhD, are eligible to apply.

Interested candidates must send an email to sanjag@chem.bg.ac.rs no later than 10 January 2026, stating:

• that they wish to apply for the Summer Exchange Programme 2026
• which research project(s) they are interested in (based on the official project list)
• a short CV (optional but recommended)

Application Procedure (for nominated students)

The official application period opens on 15 January 2026. Nominated students must complete the online admission procedure by 15 February 2026, following these steps:

Step 2:
Log in and complete the Admission Form:

Note: Applicant’s name must match the passport exactly.

Step 3:
Upload the required documents:

• CV
• Five project choices in priority order
• Official academic transcript (English version)
• Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)

Step 4:
Apply for a Student Visa and send the visa application documents to the Admissions Office by 15 February 2026:
