Goals: |
Students should get acquainted with novel developments in organic synthesis, which include: 1) New reactions; 2) New reagents and catalysts; 3) Modified conditions for conducting organic reactions; 4) Catalytic asymmetric synthesis; 5) Domino reactions, and 6) Methods of parallel synthesis and combinatorial chemistry. |
