Hours of instruction:

Weekly: four hours of lectures + two hours of labwork (4+0+2)

Goals:

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of bioanalytical chemistry; to the application of instrumental methods in the analysis of biological materials; to biosensors; to chromatography of biomolecules and the principles of validation of new bioanalytical methods.

Outcome:

A student is qualified to make proper selection of the method and analysis depending on the requirements and to apply the acquired knowledge to real samples of biomaterials.
