Atsushi Yamamoto is an associate professor at Tottori University of Environmental Studies, Japan. He has long experience in examination of atmospheric ionization and fragmentation in mass spectrometry, including experience as a trainer of Mass Spectrometry Workshop sponsored by the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan. His research matrix is food and environment. He received a Ph.D. from Kansai University in 2014. He earned the Encouragement Award of the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan in 2017.
